Senator Joyce welcomes the release of the Infrastructure Policy announced by the Coalition today.

This policy opens the door for the increased investment of household savings into public infrastructure that fulfils a nation building goal.

The Infrastructure Partnership Scheme, devised by the Shadow Minister for Regional Development, Infrastructure and Water, Senator Joyce, provides a tax incentive for all Australians to invest in the infrastructure that Australia desperately needs.

The Labor party has wasted the strong balance sheet that the last Coalition Government left them. They spent only 14 per cent of their economic stimulus on economic infrastructure. Ceiling insulation and overpriced school halls have unfortunately not increased the productive capacity of our economy.

That is why a Coalition Government will provide more incentive for economic infrastructure to be built. Infrastructure Partnership bonds would lower the yield that is required on the debt that funds infrastructure investment.

Lowering these costs will leverage the limited funds that have been left by the Labor party to generate a significant expansion in the funds available to invest in Australia’s roads, rail and ports.

Hi Barnaby,

It is high time some government look outside the square and recognise that the $7.6 billion/ annum fishing industry is a significant national investment which should be capitolized on and advanced.

I wont go into the time & effort i have spent researching & proposing to the government the following key factors:

A. Australian Jobs: a body designed to advance Product Development as "Passive Interrupters" which primarily focuses on Consumables which not only serve the purpose they are designed for but also will advance the environment & habitat. What this does is silently defend both Consumers & the Environment
(Every Resposible Fisher will buy Quality durable products but are defenseless against clever marketing until it is too late: a ENVIRONMENTAL star? rating on products).

B. Over the past 4 years I have been researching & trying to get the labor government & management & scientists to get some form of State or better National "Habitat Restoration" program happening.

Just like I am doing here, I have contacted: Kevin Rudd, Peter Garrett, Anna Bligh, Phillip Gaffney: Crab Management in Qld, Dr. Ian Brown, Dr. Wayne Sumpton, Martin Russell: Director of Fisheries Aggregate: GBRMPA with the need to do "Habitat Restoration"

Having said this only Australia & America oppose Habitat Restoration when more impoverished Nations like Indonesia are SEEING the need for it are we too arrogant.

The long term Social, Economic & Political benefits discovered throughout the world are astounding especially in the Upper Socio Economic Demographies as it is seen as being Environmentally Responsible leading to Social Satisfaction via Positive Predictable Outcomes.

C. Active Participation does not include 100% effort put into Consultation.

Unify the interests of the public sectors and involve them and you end up with a voluteer group.

The Agricutural & Marine Industries of Quuensland are starving to participate in Habitat Restoration to improve Positive Predictible Outcomes even if it is done in pilot programs to start off with.

Barnaby I hope you can see what I am saying especially after visiting the Mackay Region, for a good point of reference go to Tackleworld Mackay & Talk to Neil the owner.

Conclusion
I have been humiliated by Government & Management saying Mike your a crab pot maker (www.crabngear.com.au) why should anyone take any notice of you. Well I believe there is a GOD given gift to understand & have insight with fairly accurate predictions.

Take Care, Be Kind
Mike

Mike:

I thought you would be aware that 75% of our fish consumption now comes from elsewhere. The habitat will only be restored when someone else has complete control of what remains of the fishing industry.

We aren't even allowed to bloody fish under the Crush Australia Policy, and with more Greens in the parliament, Larissa Waters will probably drop by to take the last sardine off our plates.

In case anyone isn't aware, generic products are increasing in price as competitors hit the skids.

Last week I paid nearly $60 for a fairly common generic medicine at the local chemist, now that the market has been cornered.

The only outcomes I have seen have been Negative Predictable Outcomes, but I still get abused by Greens who think the communist is me! And, by the way, they don't believe in God.

We don't need a volunteer group for anything, while there are unemployed people who need a fair day's pay for a fair day's work.
