The culture, that all have assumed is the case, in the curtailing of the current global warming debate, has now come to light and shows the trial and tribulations of dissent from the accepted norm.

It was with disgust, but not surprise, that the emails that have come to light in the media overnight show Kevin Trenberth, a climatologist at the US Centre for Atmospheric Research and a supporter of the theory of man made climate change, stated in one email, “The fact is that we can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment, and it is a travesty that we can’t.”

Considering that Mr Trenberth was the lead author of the 1995, 2001 and 2007 Scientific Assessment of Climate Change reports for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) this statement is completely damning of the current premis for an ETS. It is, however, a very illuminating insight and honest appraisal of the science that underpins the current lack of balance in the Australian emission trading debate. If Mr Trenberth can not explain cooling when we should have warming then it appears ludicrous that Mr Rudd and Minister Wong can. Furthermore, the implementation of a new Australian Tax to fix an uncertainty is insanity.

Now to the culture that underpins this so called “settled science”. Britain’s Climatic Research Unit’s Phil Jones “cheered” when he heard of the death of Australian sceptic John L Daly in Launceston in 2004 and attached the death notice in an email to the director of the Earth System Science Centre in Pennsylvania, stating it was “cheering news”.

What a noble group of individuals. I am sure Copernicus would have kept them well at arms length but they would have been great mates of Urban VIII in his fireside chats with Galileo.

Australia is merely days away from a vacuous complicity with a debate that has reignited, refuting previous certainties. Australia is set to endorse the debate after only allowing one side to speak and the consumer, farmer, miner, pensioner will pay for the bloody minded conceit of Labor.

Hey Barnaby, regardless how this whole lie that the the pollies, UN and every other Tom, Dick and Harry are trying to get us to swallow turns out. Thank you for doing the one thing that i haven't seen from a politician in a long time, You told the truth regardless of what flack you copped.
All the best mate,
BARNABY FOR P.M!!!

On this issue you have proven to be THE politician who is standing for the person in the street and in the paddock who understands little of the debate and finds it difficult to fathom, ("too hard, so let them pollies decide for us!"), and presenting, with as much publicity as being allowed by the weak kneed lemming bred media, the story as is should be told. We will find out too late and to our disadvantage the outcome of the Government's push to bulldoze this legislation if it is passed in the Senate!!

This is the worst case of "the emperor has no clothes"!
Professor Ian Plimer is right on the money - Global warming (and cooling for that matter) has been happening since time immemorial but it is NOT linked to CO2 in the earths atmosphere.
Please can the National Party reject this bill for the global con that it is.
thankyou

Good to see at least one meber of the Opposition is at least wi;lling to raise this matter.

Wish you well in the Party room.

Barnaby, thank you so much for being a voice of reason against the shrilling alarmists. Nick Minchin, Cory Bernadi and particularly yourself, are champions. Go hard and box on for those of us who feel our Opposition leader is an impotent pawn in the huge scam.

Best wishes

Dear Senator Joyce,

The ETS must be stopped, and if that involves dumping Malcolm Turnbull then well and good. If he doesn't have the sense to see what's under our noses (and stinking) then he doesn't deserve his seat, let alone leadership of the party. Its quite obvious to me that he's more concerned with preserving his own authority, putting his stamp on the party than with the well being and future of this nation.

Please don't let this monstrosity through.

Most sincerely

Barnaby

Thank you for your ongoing fight for what is right. The rest of us also need to stand up and be counted in order to make the maximum amount of difference and to protect our future. There are many things we can do. If the rest of us can email/ring/write to our politicians Steve Fielding has linked their email addresses here;

http://www.stevefielding.com.au/forums/viewthread/466/

I have a number of standard letters people can cut and past off my site if of any assistance here;

http://twawki.wordpress.com/2009/11/21/letters-to-our-leaders/

Also its important people complain to the press and the Australian Press Council, example and links here;

http://twawki.wordpress.com/2009/11/23/taking-action/

and here;

http://twawki.wordpress.com/2009/11/21/prod-the-press/

Is as its turning out that it is simply junk science then I would think either a royal commission and or/a formal complaint with ICAC should not be out of the question considering the behavior of the current Government to rush it through with now no scientific backup - even Penny Wrong cant answer sinole questions over it!

I can clearly remember reading articles in the newspapers in the 1970's where leading scientists were predicting that the planet earth (based on all of the indications at the time) ,was quickly approaching a new ice age.

Dear Senator Joyce,
Thank you for taking a stand against this evil and secretive proposition of surrendering our sovereignty, wealth and future of our great nation.

I believe it is treasonous and a total betrayal to the people of Australia.

Rudd, Wong and Garrett must be stopped.

All the other issues such as illegal immigrants and economic downturns are insignificant in comparison to this one and are just sideshows to distract us from what they are really trying to do.

Please keep fighting for the people who believe in you. I have spoken with Member Paul Neville's office today as well as State Member Jack Dempsey's office from both of which I was assured that the respective members were doing all possible to prevent this thing coming to fruition.

Yours Very Sincerely, Peter Wilkinson.

Any reduction in anthropgenic emissions has got to be good for the environment. However to suggest that, what can best be described as cyclical changes to the global climate, is the result of CO2 emissions cannot be supported with any scientific rigour. Further, to infer that an Australian ETS, the details of which are unknown at this time, will assist in the control of further emissions is ludicrous.

Without knowing the contents of the ETS Bill or sufficient details to allow an informed debate on its merits, there can be no alternative but to reject the Bill.

These emails are just further evidence that this whole global warming thing is a farce. Doesn't get much airplay from the media though, don't want to derail this thing when it's nearly a done deal. Turnbull wants his brains brushed.

To Senator Joyce.

First let me congratulate you on taking a stand on your beliefs, it is tuely refreshing in today's political environment.

I am writing to address the CPRS now being debated in the paliament and would like some feedback regarding my queries. It has been revealed that the government intends to compensate polluters to the tune of over $10 million when this scheme is introduced? Is this true?

Secondly I wish to offer an alternative to this that may help reduce our carbon footprint, while keeping Australia at the cutting edge of the pack. Why not invest money into encouraging people to use solar power and soloar technologhy to suppllement their power requirements? We already do this with hot water why not in the cas of enery and power consumption. Surely this would go a long way to reduce our footprint and reduce our reliance on coal. Furthermore wouldn't it be prudent to do this rather tahtn put an impost on the WORKING FAMILIES that this government supposedly represents.

Finally can you please find out the estimated impacts of this tax on all citizens. Obviously it will lead to higher feul energy and cost of living expenses, but to what extent? Will the government then get behind an increase to all wages over the lowest paid industries to cover this? And the big question what will be the overall effect on inflation, interest rates and the performance of our superannuation.

Hoping for a detailed reply

Yours sincerely

Aaron

Aaron... a recent article I read recently referring to Americans and the cost to individuals in that country was stated to be and extra $2800 /year
With our exchange rate geared in it will be well over $3000/person roughly.
I and thousands of other,I'm sure, would be really interested in the estimated figure for the average Australian.
Together, with rising interest rates and threats to employment...the future to me looks very dismal.
In response to other comments here ...the media has been gagged Im sure ..the head lines here are more interested in "who is sleeping with who" than if all of us, in the near future are, "too stressed, broke, and not sleeping at all"!!!
Talk about diversions ...Labor is really pushing hard...
I was also really angry about the announcement of Disability reforms released yesterday.
As a parent with a disabled child ...what an insult to me and others, for Rudd
to tell me they are really going to change and improve policy for thousands of people in my predictament....but wont get started for another 2 yrs.
We have been waiting for 10yrs now ..that I know of.
Parents and Carers dont live forever...what then????
Barnaby you and the Nationals are in my thoughts today....for gods sake dont let the ET pass.
Kind regards

The ABC has lost all credibility with me. Why dont we talk about Goldman Sachs and carbon credits (a new fiat debt currency). I suppose thats too far outside the left right control grid for most partisan politicians. Conspiracy to defraud is a crime.
I hope people will go to jail for this but there is really really big money behind this.
Good luck to Barnaby

I support your moves in the Senate 100%. The Liberals are doing so much damage to themselves and ultimately to the conservative supporters in this country.

Do not give up as there are so many people about that believe in you and what you are doing. I believe rudd needs to have a secret vote on this subject and see how he stands up. I dream a lot!

Keep it up

Dear Barnaby
We received the emails attached at the bottom here. We have also spent considerable time to9day emailing all the local and national press, in an effort to get them to read, see and publicise the information.

We congratulate you on your well written article "the Science is Far From Settled" and will pass it along to relevant people.

Ken & Clare
Tasmania

All these interesting links have recently arrived in our email.
We knew a few days ago that hackers got into (illegally) heaps of universtity files. These files, emails and the such, are from the computers of scientists who have 'fraudulently' manipulated data in support of the global warming conspiracy at the behest of the ? UN and the One World Government.

With Copenhagen coming up in the near future, and treaties about to be signed, the release of these files is very timely. We need to get the word spread as quickly as possible. Not just to friends, but to polititians, news media and all and sundry.... other wise we will have no one else to blame when it is all taken out of our hands.

This is NOT just another conspiracy theory... just the plain facts! Don't be complacent, please watch all the links and deal with & publicise the information.

Thank you

I think The Greens have a much more bloody-minded conceit than Labor. Liberals are nearly as bad.

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change was long ago renamed (by me) the Intergovernmental Panel for Canoodling with Chimpanzees, which could very well be a more realistic portrayal of their Green agenda.

The IPCC is very clearly the precursor to, or deliverer of, the Global Corporate Communist Government, which we can expect within 10 years of the signing of the Copenhagen Treaty.

Today I was speaking with a lady who said all of her family are scientists. She said NONE OF THEM believe in this bulldust. Perhaps, like me, she believes the only thing likely to change is the Financial Climate.

Then since she said she worked in a large workplace, I asked her what percentage of her workmates supported the Climate Change religion or an ETS.

Here is her answer: NOBODY. That's a pretty small percentage.

Peter Wilkinson:

The economic downturn and illegal immigrants are certainly not only a part of the sideshow. Large Scale Population Movement and Reckless Disposal of Taxpayers' Money through bank bailouts, expensive "green" schemes, and huge new taxes are all a part of The Greens' communisation plan.

Dear Sen Barnaby,

Thank goodness you and your colleagues are talking sense when you show that there is just NO EVIDENCE at all to prove GW is a reality. I'm sure Malcolm means well but he is backing the wrong horse. Polls here and in the US show that the number of people who no longer believe in GW is rapidly growing and it will not be long before it passes the 50% mark. Of the other 50% there are more that are undecided than those who believe in GW. The non-believers will soon be the majority once voters have to pay dearly for virtually everything and many will lose their jobs. The Coalition needs to have a strong ponit of difference with Labor for the next election. Malcolm displays very little difference and this may be why he is not gaining much traction with swinging voters. By the time the election comes Turnbull will be with the minority of voters. Doesn't he read the mountain of evidence against GW? Or is he ignoring it thinking he will attract more voters by looking green? When the costs of the ETS tax hits the pockets of the average person they will turn against it in droves against it. Can’t he see that?

Get him to read The Deniers by Lawrence Solomon available from Amazon books.

Keep up the good and righteous fight.

Today, we heard the leader of the Liberals unashamedly pronounce that he was the leader, he believed in global warming [ although not specifically that he included anthroprogenic contribution ] and the senate would therefore support him. He went on to say that although he admitted Australia's action was neither here nor there in the overall scene, nevertheless he supported
the ETS as proposed by Rudd, because the Liberals had got such wonderful consessions on the legislation.
In a way, I suppose nothing much has changed, a few good men [and women]
in the senate, always was Austrlaiia's only hope of defeating these contemptible, traitorous politicians.
Good Luck

Make no mistake this ETS is all about Krudd on the world stage, photo oportunities, long winded lip licking speeches, holding up australia as a shining light in the fight against climate change, the only thing is the worlds climate has been changing for millions of years & there is not a great deal that this ETS can do about that, also if Krudd is in favour of a big Australia how can the 2 go hand in hand, you cant have more people & at the same time say we want to stop climate change as one counters the other, the opposition must not vote for the ETS it must be rejected, & if that means replacing Malcom Turnbull as leader then so be it better to do it sooner rather than later, you must go to the next election with a strong leader.
# Paul
Wednesday, November 25, 2009 7:52 AM
Why has Malcolm Turnbull rolled over on this ETS and now sprukes crap about the overwhelming science supporting climate change. These clowns predict what the temperature will be in 50 years but they can't tell us if it will rain next week. Regarding Malcolm, has his time and experiences at Goldman Sachs overshadowed his common sense. The signs are clear that big government needs more money so they raise this through taxes. Carbon is necessary for life on this planet so to tax that, water, food, productivity and energy covers just about all the various facets of life so that government can roll along nicely and keep the peasants well in the poor house. Feed these serfs with just enough half truths regularly so it is all then believed as fact.
While pollution should certainly be looked at seriously, how can compensation and taxes make any difference. It will all still keep happening.
I hope people will look beyond the current debates and ponder where all this nonsense is coming from and why some of our politicians are running along with this garbage. It is a world wide push from faceless, power hungry, and control hungry people whose desire is global control. I am saddened that in our so called democracy, leaders don't listen to people. Their agenda is not for the good of Australian people even though they are always saying it is.
Keep fighting Barnaby. Hopefully, common sense will prevail.

Wednesday, November 25, 2009 10:33 AM
It is time to stop this insanity. If the Senate passes this absurd legislation over the vehement protestations of the Australian public, we may as well consider chalking it up.

This trading scheme will not reduce emissions because the companies that are polluting the most can simply buy more credits to allow them to pollute more and the taxpayers will have to keep paying for more and more pollution generating costs.

This ridiculous mentality that political leaders have a 'mandate' to do as they please is wrong. We elected our politicians to serve the will of the people, not their own (or their party) agenda.

This country should have citizen referendums following complete, concise information presented by both parties and both for and against reasoning, so that the citizens of Australia can let their politicians know what they want the government to do. This is what a democracy is!!!

Thank you for listening. I know that I speak for millions of Australians in this letter.

People, please try to remember that both Labor and Liberals have been working towards a Global Corporate Communist Government for at least 30 years.

That's about how long The Greens have been hugging trees and preferring the company of possums to human beings also.

Just put 2 + 2 together and you will understand that we have high levels of multi-national corporatism, high levels of foreign debt, leaving our superannuation savings up for grabs, and the Brown Bumcrack and his Green communist lunatics driving hard for huge taxation.

Then what do you get? A loss of money and power. A loss of your personal freedom. A loss of your job. A loss of your home.

Just wait until you see what else The Greens have lined up for you when they have convinced enough young people that they are the Saviours of the World.

Penny Wong has stated that the current valuation of the Australian dollar has meant that compensation to be paid will be less than estimated – this is a economic time bomb…!!!!

Barnaby I'm slowly getting this around to Liberal Party Branchs

If the CPRS is passed it will mean that we will have wall to wall Labor
Governments throughout Australia. Why? because the Liberal Party will be so
on the nose, noone will vote for them. The Liberal party has become so soft
and flabby it does not realise that it is voting its own death warrant and
the electorate will deliver. If the State liberal politicians think they
can cower behind their state boundaries and not recognise that the CPRS is
bigger than Canberra then they are in for a shock. I've voted Liberal for
at least 40 years, if the CPRS gets through and if I cant find another
suitable party, then I will be turning in my vote.

It is time for the State Liberal Party Members to get busy and to publicly
and privately direct their Senators to do the right thing. They may not
know it, but this May be their last Election.

I am a 61year old still working as a senior service technician based in Warriewood on the Northern Beaches.I travel down from the Central Coast every day which is a journey of 107kms to & from home. That is 214kms a day which I do because I like the job I perform. What sort of fuel bill do you think I will be expending weekly to keep performing my daily grind ??I don't think Mr Turnbull has thought thru the full impact of the ETS bill. I have been a conservative voter for most of my voting life but will in future direct wherever I can my vote to yhe Nationals in future as I see your party as the only possible salvation of this nation. Please stand candidates in all seats at the next federal election so we do have a true representative party that reflects our feelings our ambitions and most of all our future prosperrity.
Thank you Barnaby for having the courage to stand up to Mr Rudd & the rest of the rabble for the well being of our nation.

I am glad "Climategate" is starting to gain some coverage in Australia. I think it has the potential to derail the entire ETS / Copenhagen Treaty. Despite the efforts of courageous scientists politicians and skeptical voters the ETS looks like passing the senate. The next battle will be to stop Australia signing the Copenhagen treaty and thus our sovereignty. Mr Rudd and Mr Turnbull have not read the draft Copenhagen Treaty, they must be challenged on this. Thank you Senator Joyce for your efforts.

It has nothing to with conceit. Obama, Sarkozy, and Merkel are all syaing the opposite of you. The shoe is on the other foot! Your political take on a scientific issue recalls the witch hunts of medieval times. - the world is round not flat and the sun does not rotate around the Earth! The fact is that the peer-reviewed scientific literature shows that the preponderance of scientific evidence shows that anthropogenic global warming and associated ocean acidification and sea level change are happening now. Your stand to deny this scientific evidence is a terrible disservice to Australia and the globe and especially to future generations. Get real, read the scientific literature where you will find some sobering facts, and cease your political machinations which are doing so much damage!

It has got down to what many of us knew....the Battle of the Giant Egos.

For Rudd to suggest that Australia would somehow crash and burn if he didn't front up in Copenhagen with an "agreement' in hid diplomatic pouch was ludicrous. and deceitful

For the Leader of the Opposition to agree with this is a treacherous act putting his personal beliefs before the interests of ALL Australians.

Let's hope Turnbull does the right thing and fall on his sword but knowing him as a vengeful man I am afraid he will try to damage the Coalition even as the doors swing closed behind him

Whatever the result your continuing performance in and outside the Senate is a sight to behold.Don't believe I have enjoyed politics so much since the "Dismissal" Must be the xxxx.6u

Hello Barnaby
Although I have traditionally been a labour voter, I have been swayed to the Coalition in recent days by the brave fight that you are your selected colleagues have put up against the ETS. I wish to join the fight and would appreciate any guidance your office can give as to how I may be able to volunteer my time and energy.
Keep up the good fight my friend

Dear Senator Joyce
,
Keep up the brave fight, if it wasn't for you, Andrew Bolt & Alan Jones, the Australian people wouldn't have known what a giant con Rudd was trying to pull on the Australian people.

The rally of the silent majority has been a joy to behold, both in the National & Liberal party.

Lets hope that Turnbull doesn't continue to take the scorched earth approach to both the Libs & the Nats as he did tonight.

We must keep up the fight to the death or our county & democracy will no longer be ours.

Rudd is a dangerous megolamaniac & must be stopped & the mass walk out tonight of the front benchers took courage & we must support them as well.

Hi Barnaby,

Thank you for being our voice! You efforts and fight against the wrong of both the Liberals and Labor is well worth it, because it will payoff one day. I hope that day includes you being the next leader of this current silly opposition party and becoming the next PM. Atleast then, Australia will be run by someone who cares and wants what's best for the people and not their own pockets!

Keep up the great job!

Thanks Barnaby for pushing the open minded debate, which is far fom settled.Anyone else notice that the alarming reports on Sea level rises disapeared without trace in 24 hours, simiilarly the demise of the barrier reef breathless media reports, even though it has survived for many thousands of years including the holocene period when the global temp was 10 deg. hotter and CO2 perhaps 10 times the present level, and the sea level at least 2 metres higher than now. Anyone else notice that the TV images of "pollution" are all pictures of water vapour?
Or perhaps you heard Stern's wild suggestion that to save the planet we should all become vegetarians as cattle belch out methane, which ignores the vast numbers of wild animals and termites, whose mass far exceeds the mass of humanity who also produce methane in immense quantities.
To say that the science is settled and cannot be discussed any more is the worst unscientific statement I have ever heard: Science is NEVER completely concluded:Even evolution remains a theory at best.
Even Tim Flannery had the decency to agree that temps had not risen in the last 10 years and again were declining in the 1940's, a period of huge industrialiisation and also when CO2 rose steadily.
Most of the above respondents correctly point out that the ETS is a new tax pure and simple, but dressed up in tarts clothing to look like the saviour of mankind. Anyone think that this is a tax to pay for labour largesse and profigacy?
Above all, however, nobody has asked the most fundamental questions of all, namely : What will an ETS or a nomiinated percentage of greenhouse gas emissions levels below 1990 levels mean to our daily lives?
Does it mean we cannot own a car, not go to work 4 days per week, never go on holiidays, remove all aircraft from the air ( except the PM's jets), stop growing food for 50% of the year, etc, etc-is that what the Green push for an 85% reduction means? Barnaby, please ask these questions again and again, because the answers will give real personal meaning to all the posturing.
Thanks for this forum.

Barnaby,

Keep going hard on this, the ETS could end up being the Liberal parties version of the GST killing off the Democrats. The coalition should block this tax because if they don't they will forever be linked to its introduction.

I'm a conservative voter in Groom but I will be putting Ian MacFarlane last on my next ballot paper.

Hi Barnaby

Thanks for your continuing strength regarding this issue.

I want to enclose a copy of a letter I sent to the PM via his contact page yesterday. I urge those that haven't challenged him directly to do so now!

Dear Mr. Rudd

I cannot understand your continued push with the ETS when there is global unrest regarding the science you are basing your evidence on.

Are you so blind that you cannot see it or are you just not strong enough to stand up and say it is wrong to push on at this point?

This information has been around for a long time, and now the leaked emails from the CRU prove without doubt that there is something wrong with the science your crippling policy is based on, and clearly more investigation is required.

As it stands, you are about to send Australia to the dark ages unless you take a strong stand on this issue and demand more research before you sign my children and my children's children's lives to eternal debt!

The claptrap propaganda you are peddling about the importance of our children’s futures is now proven to be just that. How will they ever prosper in the world you are about to help create for them?

You have been given the chance to go down in history as the greatest prime minister we have ever had, because you were prepared to stand in the face of adversity at the 11th hour and protect not only our sovereignty, but the hard working people who have contributed to making our nation the greatest on earth.

Alternatively, you have the opportunity to be seen as the worst prime minister we have ever had, and your push for the ETS and the subsequent financial abyss that will follow for the rest of our days based on deliberately fudged scientific data will undoubtedly make you the latter.

There is no scientific consensus, the science isn't in, there is too much evidence to proceed with the ETS at this stage.

The people of this nation are wising up... perhaps the labour party should do the same. Search CLIMATEGATE!

With fast waning respect

Keep up the good fight.

Its time for Labor Politicians also to have a conscience vote instead of blindly following K Rudd! It is simply not good enough for those who are skeptical of global warming to sit their silent - they must stand up and speak out like those in the Liberal and National parties have. That way we can get a full bipartisan approach to stop an appalling policy based on climate fraud decimating Australia.

Dear Senator Joyce,

This email thing is a storm in a teacup.

The science is settled. There are many thousands of scientists who agree. A few infelicitous remarks off the field between scientists hardly a conspiracy makes. It is what is published that counts.

I urge you to read the latest summary of the peer-reviewed science by the University of New South Wales which is available here: http://copenhagendiagnosis.org/

It beggars belief you and others can claim that the observed decline in ice and snow cover globally is part of a conspiracy. I don't think the warmists are out there with hair dryers. The world is warming, and despite the brief slowing (but not reversal) of warming in the last few years, we can say with complete confidence that in the coming decades the trend will spike upwards. We have been warned.

If you can find holes in the analysis of these scientists please point them out. Otherwise you have a duty of care to the Australian people to respect and act upon the majority view that climate change is happening, and that we are the cause. This is an issue of prudent risk management. If you are wrong, which I think you are, and stymie action on climate change you have bet the future of Australia on the conceit that you know best. That is the very epitome of arrogance.

I believe that the National Party and sections of the Liberal Party have gravely misread the public mood on the issue of climate change, to the great detriment of the constituents you represent.

Yours faithfully,

Tim

It is unfortunate that Kevin Rudd is trying to win International fame at the cost of ordinary Austrlians. Its not just 1000 dollars extra burden on every Australian, consider the effects of higher costs of business passed on to hapless consumer. All Mr Rudd knows is how to spend. He is yet to plan a scheme where he can generate revenue for Australians. At the moment in is Chrismas time for polluting countries courtesy Mr Rudd. Australia sells coalto the nations and then is sharing the cost of their carbon. Mr Rudd would have failed as a milk booth operator or apizza shop operator the way he is running the country.

IPCC Projections for Global Warming is Disproved

The IPCC has gaffed big time

The observed, measured, temperatures are way under the projections for all emission scenarios including keeping emission at the year 2000 level.

Why tax for the wrong reason?

A science advisor to Margaret Thatcher,Christopherl Monckton, made a very pertinent analysis of the CO2'problem' and what the true agenda may be.
The speech was made very recently in St Paul, Minnesota.

Why is there no mention of the fact that the comments in the programming code of their climate modeling software reveals a 'fudge factor' and specific instructions by the programmers showing that the results are being adjusted to fit with a desired outcome?

Why is there no mention of the fact that the top scientific 'global warming' progenitors have been exposed in their own internal emails keeping Freedom Of Information Law requests from being fulfilled?

Why no mention that scientists are colluding to keep dissenting scientists out of the peer review process? And that scientists have been railroaded out of the public discourse? And that science publications have been pressured to only print pro-warming articles?

One of the emails from Phil Jones, the director of the East Anglia climate center suggested to Michael Mann of Penn State University, and I quote... "We will keep them out somehow - even if we have to redefine what the peer-review literature is."

The fact is, the earth has been cooling for the last 9 years. This presents a problem for the scientists because their whole argument was Global Warming... of course now theyve had to call it Climate Change.

Have you read the Framework Convention on Climate Change? In it, it details how the western countries will fund the global taxation scheme, and all industry will be taxed out of existence, all consumer goods taxed to oblivion, all power to be taxed to the hilt, and all resources will come under thousands of new laws and taxes.

The aim of the treaty that they're desperately trying to push on the world in Denmark this month, is to 'harmonize' national laws. You say the UN has no teeth? Well try this on for size...

We sign the agreement and only a consensus from participating member countries can reverse that commitment. Our (supposed) sovereign government then passes into the law the regulations that line up with the treaty that is signed at the global level. We are then assimilated into a global government at that point.

Ahh, the global village... isn't it wonderful!
