The incumbrance on private property brought about by Labor’s Native Vegetation Laws has led to the pain that is so evident in the life of Peter Spencer and many others.
While there is not the capacity to compensate individual land owners for the cost of this incumbrance, because of the massive debts now carried by Labor Government, the Governments responsible can not just sit back and let this injustice go.
The State Government is responsible for enacting this legislation. They must acknowledge that there is huge resentment and angst about this legislation and they must do something about it.
The primary issue of my concern, however, is that I do not want Mr Spencer to hurt himself. To help ventilate his issue, I shall be going to see him tomorrow at midday.
The person Mr Spencer needs to talk to though, is Mr Rudd.
