Community survey goes digital

29 Sep 2017

The Deputy Prime Minister and Member for New England, Barnaby Joyce, is taking the important issues of the electorate, online.

After a great community response to the paper survey issued in the most recent New England newsletter, and numerous requests from residents for access to an online version, Mr Joyce will be issuing a digital community survey.

There will be more questions available for respondents and more space for people in the New England to highlight the issues important to them.

“I’m putting you, the community, in the driver’s seat with the chance to tell me what you think about our great towns and villages around the New England,” Mr Joyce said.

“Whether it’s crime or agriculture, roads or science… we want you to tell us what matters most and why.

“Already we’ve had about 1000 people reply to the paper-based survey. I would to thank those people who did, your comments and views are certainly appreciated.

“But for those out there who have not yet responded, this is your chance to make your voice heard.”
