Queensland Nationals Senator Barnaby Joyce has expressed his support for the work of Warwick Marsh and the Fatherhood Foundation regarding the reform of the child support system.

“With a large percentage of marriages in Australia today ending in divorce, it is imperative we provide systems and processes that reflect society and assist both parents in maintaining a close and loving relationship with their children,” Senator Joyce said.

“I would especially like to acknowledge the work done by Warwick and the many parents groups who have contributed to this process,” he said.

“Child support and family matters such as these are certainly issues that are best managed by those with first hand experience,” he said.
