Queenslanders are going to the polls today, six months ahead of schedule. It is the first opportunity for Queenslanders to vote for the LNP. I hope you have your election night parties planned, the beers on ice and the champagne ready. If you're interested in what I have to say, please watch ABC1 as I'll be there with host Kerry O'Brien, elections analyst Antony Green, State Treasurer Andrew Fraser and ABC journalist Jess van Vonderen. Live in Queensland from 6.30pm and ONLINE.

Good on you Barnaby! Let's hope that happy smille of yours will be showing all through the election broadcast ...as the LNP have a great victory ...despite Labor's blitzkrieg in advertising ...and misrepresentations of Springborg ...including Kevin Rudd's despicable and unjustfiable comments against Lawrence Springborg.

Just thinking to myself ...did the PM make those comments about Lawrence in the shutdown period for political broadcasting. I guess he used the interview news item as an excuse for sticking the knife into Lawrence's back.

The Australian Government even jammed my You Tube video on: "Wake Up Australia"(about the Chinee takeover of Australia) for a few days. So ...even to that level of degree ...they must be worried that they are going to lose this election in Queensland.

i hope you can do something to change the emoticon image your website has appended to my name. It is awful and i don't appreciate it.

Now, down to the subject ...on a 2 party preferred basis Lawrence and the new LNP showed that they are a rising real contender.

They done did good! Labor certainly should not be celebrating too hard. They received quite a corrective message from us voters.

If it wasn't for the Greens preference votes seats like the Labor Treasurer's might have been lost to Labor.

Are you aware of Anna's stopping the Collinsville rail link and the stoppage of work to the coal loader north of Mackay. That has put a choke on Hay Point Coal loader with a huge queue of ships.

The Chinese won't like that when they take power ownership of Rio Tinto and the new Clermont Wolfang mine.
